Institution Management

APTrust admins can add, edit, and delete institutions. No other roles can do this.

Note that deleting an instituion does not remove the institution's records from the database, nor does it affect their files in preservation storage. It simply marks the institution as inactive, and prevents their users from logging in. This action is reversible. Un-deleting an institution changes it's state back to Active and allows their users to log in.

You can manage institutions from the Institutions link in the Registry's left nav bar.
